Project manager

PMI-coordination

  • Coordination of all PMI-workstream-related tasks with the aim of getting things done without overwhelming the MCE-organization.
  • Being the key contact for PMI Manager of Brenntag and aligning priorities and timelines for various PMI-workstreams.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between local leadership and corporate colleagues across countries.
  • Facilitating structured communication and coordination between Brenntag corporate departments including HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance and MCEPharma.
  • Supporting Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production and other functions to document and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and processes.

Local Management support

  • Assisting in the coordination of corporate-level reporting and participation in cross-company initiatives.
  • Supporting financial documentation and preparation of internal reports.[LF1]
  • Tracking expenditures and budgets, coordinating documentation flows with Finance.
  • Preparation of reports and documentation for executive-level decision-making.
  • Ensuring alignment of internal administrative processes with corporate policies and practices.[SM2]
  • Translating between English and Czech for international colleagues and local teams.
  • Handling correspondence and scheduling on behalf of the local management.
  • Maintaining structured records of internal company documentation and processes.
  • Daily support and communicate with the company’s management team.

Požadujeme

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an executive support or office management role in a corporate setting.
  • Experience managing communication between local and international teams.
  • Strong administrative and organizational background in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with document management systems and internal task tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting or finance process documentation.
  • Ideally experience in leading and/or coordinating projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech.
  • Highly organized with a structured and proactive working style.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

mcePharma and Brenntag just started a post-merger-integration (PMI) phase.

The Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive executive support within MCEPharma on all tasks related to the PMI-phase, but not limited to. This includes coordinating projects and requirements across MCE departments that come from PMI-workstreams, supporting clear communication, providing data and following up on tasks. The role requires excellent administrative skills, discretion, and a proactive, structured approach to task execution.
