Požadujeme
- A completed technical qualification (e.g., electrician, ventilation technician, refrigeration technician or B.Sc.) and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards.
- A proactive, structured working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a high level of service orientation to deliver top-tier results.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
- A passion for process optimization and innovative problem-solving.
- Good English skills (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in Czech
- Experience in facility management as an advantage.
- Experience in GMP Environment as an advantage.
- Technical Skills: understanding of building systems, mechanical processes, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
