Asset & Maintenance Technician

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Cooperates in the introduction of new technologies into operation
• Monitor and manage building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage facility budgets, purchase supplies, and control expenses.
• Oversee renovations, refurbishments, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment manuals.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair needs.
• Recommend improvements to facility operations and efficiency.

Požadujeme

• A completed technical qualification (e.g., electrician, ventilation technician, refrigeration technician or B.Sc.) and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards.
• A proactive, structured working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a high level of service orientation to deliver top-tier results.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
• A passion for process optimization and innovative problem-solving.
• Good English skills (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in Czech
• Experience in facility management as an advantage.
• Experience in GMP Environment as an advantage.
• Technical Skills: understanding of building systems, mechanical processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
